Meet David
President
David is a senior business management consultant with over 15 years of experience driving performance, efficiency, and profit growth for scaling companies across Canada and select U.S. markets. He works with leadership teams to build AI strategies/policies, sales systems, execution frameworks, and operating discipline that produce measurable results.
David is an expert in AI integration methods and policy development, sales infrastructure and funding strategy, having helped organizations secure over $25 million in non-dilutive capital through strategic grant matching and program alignment. His work enables companies to move faster, execute smarter, and scale without unnecessary risk or wasted effort.
He combines hands-on operational execution with rigorous academic and executive training, including graduate and undergraduate degrees at Swiss Federal Research, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Carleton University and Biola University (in progress), along with formal business education from Harvard Business School (Online) and the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Business.
Relentlessly focused on outcomes, David is wired for accountability, performance, and results. Targets are non-negotiable. Execution is the priority. His President’s Award from Memorial University and 15 academic scholarships reflect the same standard he demands from himself and the organizations he advises.
Meet Corina
Director of Operations
With a strong focus on precision and follow-through, Corina works closely with clients to establish accounts, manage weekly task lists, and ensure teams execute according to plan. She brings over 15 years of experience in office management. In addition to overseeing office operations, Corina leads select project teams in sales execution. As a member of The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte First Nations, she proudly leads our Indigenous Business Services.
Meet William
Senior Grant & Proposal Specialist
William is a core part of the proposal writing team. As Senior Proposal and Grant Writer he prepares draft frameworks and proposals for companies in many industries. William is an integral part of getting grants funded and has exceptional skills in writing.
